At Nurtured Wellness, our goal is to promote health and wellbeing through a holistic approach that honours each individual’s values and goals. To do this, we work with individuals to identify their goals for care and to explore factors that may be contributing to the challenge they have identified. We take a broad view in looking at contributing factors, recognizing the impact of the whole body and mind, as well as the environment, on health and wellbeing.
Our therapeutic approach focuses on using mindful movement to help restore the body’s innate ability to heal and thrive. Along the way, we nurture a gentle curiosity, a joyful approach to movement, and improved self-awareness and confidence.
