We have been approached by Werkspat to share information about their new startup. Werkspat is an on-demand co-working platform that connects entrepreneurs, workers, and freelancers with hot desks across a network of hospitality locations such as restaurants, cafes, bars, & hotels.
With fewer people travelling and eating out, many businesses have had to quickly adapt to takeout and delivery models. Werkspat creates alternative sources of income for operators in the Hospitality industry.
Cafés and restaurants can bring in as much as $2000 per month simply by renting out the tables they already have in their dining spaces during slow hours. In simple terms, a user logs on to werkspat.com and finds a seat, makes a [paid] reservation and finds their way there and the cafe/ restaurant owner gets paid.
Wekspat is currently onboarding locations/operators.
