We are seeking individuals who are passionate about the Junction’s future, committed to strategic leadership, and who can contribute to the long-term success of the BIA. As a Board member, you’ll be part of an engaged and dynamic team dedicated to making the Junction a vibrant and thriving destination for businesses, residents, and visitors.

Board Structure:
In 2018, The Junction BIA transitioned to a Strategic Board model to enhance governance, align with long-term goals, and enable a productive partnership between the Board and Executive Director.
The Board sets strategic direction, advocates for community growth, and ensures sustainability, while the Executive Director, Carol Jolly, handles day-to-day management. This structure allows clear decision-making and maximizes effectiveness.
Qualifications & Eligibility
Ownership or Tenancy: Be an owner or tenant of commercial or industrial property within the BIA or an official representative of such a corporation.
Age: Be at least 18 years old.
No Conflicts of Interest: Board members must not be family members (spouse, child, or parent) of a current Council member or the City’s or its agencies’ employees.
